Popular quotes from Saint Thomas Aquinas:

"Love takes up where knowledge leaves off."
“St Thomas (Aqinas) loved books and lived on books... When asked for what he thanked God most, he answered simply, ‘I have understood every page I ever read’.” ~G.K. Chesterton, Saint Thomas Aquinas
I would be lying if I told you this wasn't a heady book. Luckily for me, it wasn't a long read. I didn't know much about Aquinas before reading this book, but know I'm curious about knowing more. Chesterton points out that Aquinas brought reasoning into the Church during a very dark time. Unfortunately for the Church, Aquinas wasn't around when reason was challenged by the subjective.
