I would be lying if I told you this wasn't a heady book. Luckily for me, it wasn't a long read. I didn't know much about Aquinas before reading this book, but know I'm curious about knowing more. Chesterton points out that Aquinas brought reasoning into the Church during a very dark time. Unfortunately for the Church, Aquinas wasn't around when reason was challenged by the subjective.

In doing CrossFit and learning about physical therapy over the past few months, I've become pretty familiar with these exercises and vouch for their usefulness.
